Google launches AI academy to boost AI startups in Pakistan

Hey! Great news! Google has just off its new initiative called the Academy. This program is all about helping AI startups grow in Pakistan and the wider Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

So, what’s the goal? The AI Academy wants to spark innovations and partnerships across borders. It’ll create a space for sharing ideas, skills, & resources. This could really help make the APAC area a global center for AI!

The Academy plans to support more than 20 startups focused on AI technologies. Each of these startups will get special access to Google’s top-notch global AI experts to give them personalized help.

Plus, each of these hardworking startups can get as much as $350,000 in Google Cloud Credits. That’ll really boost their chances to dive into AI development & testing. Networking opportunities with other regional AI startups are also part of the package!

But wait, there’s more! The AI Academy aims to speed up how fast these startups can bring their ideas to market. It helps them create a proof of concept and a solid product roadmap. This means they can show the world how effective their AI solutions really are—fast!

Farhan S Qureshi, who heads Google Pakistan, pointed out that this Academy shows how dedicated Google is to advancing AI in the APAC region. He hopes that local startups will grab this chance to improve their AI projects & make the regional ecosystem even stronger.

Applications are open until August 16. Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity!
